We believe that every element of your celebration should be luxurious & special starting with the venue.

Before inquiring about rental pricing, please note-

*Must have an adult 18+ present at all times during EVERY event. 

*Night time club type parties are strictly prohibited 

*Ticket parties are strictly prohibited 

*Absolutely no selling liquor, beer, wine or any alcoholic beverages 

*Absolutely no smoking inside the venue (designated smoke area in back of building) 

*There will be Noir Lux Venue Management on site during EVERY Event as well as security cameras on main areas inside the building & outdoors.
